Jo Bealey
Supervisor
I am a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and Circle of Security Parenting™ facilitator, and my work centres on the healing power of safe, attuned relationships. I support individuals, couples, and parents to build a stronger sense of emotional safety within themselves and with the people they care about.
With specialist training in attachment-based psychotherapy, attachment-informed parenting, and perinatal care, I bring a calm, grounded presence to my work. I support people navigating relationship difficulties, early trauma, anxiety, depression, bereavement, parenting challenges, and identity shifts. My aim is always to guide you toward greater emotional balance, insight, and self-trust.
I am especially passionate about relationship and couples therapy. I help partners move through conflict, disconnection, and repeating emotional cycles with care and clarity—supporting you to improve communication, deepen trust, and create a greater sense of emotional safety together.
As a clinical supervisor, I offer reflective, resourcing spaces for therapists and counsellors. I work in an attuned, non-judgemental way, supporting both emerging and experienced practitioners to grow in confidence, ethical depth, and a grounded sense of self in the therapy room.
I also facilitate Circle of Security Parenting™ programs for individuals, couples, and groups. These sessions provide a supportive environment to understand your child’s emotional needs, break generational patterns, and build calmer, more connected relationships at home.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and attachment-informed, rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens within safe relationships—one steady, attuned moment at a time.
