Hi, my name is Nicole, and I am an accredited counsellor specialising in Attachment-Based Psychotherapy.
I work with adults who want to understand themselves more deeply, heal long-standing patterns, and create healthier, more secure relationships with themselves and others.
I have experience supporting clients with grief and bereavement, domestic abuse, childhood trauma, anger issues, relationship difficulties, and attachment-related struggles. My therapeutic approach is integrative and person-centred, which allows me to tailor sessions to your individual needs while offering the depth of attachment-based therapy.
Attachment-Based Psychotherapy explores your attachment triggers and defences—the automatic emotional responses that often develop in childhood. These early experiences can shape your Inner Working Model (your internal beliefs about yourself, others, and the world). Together we examine how these patterns may be affecting your confidence, relationships, work life, boundaries, and emotional wellbeing today.
By understanding how your past has shaped your present, we can begin to loosen old patterns and support you in developing a more secure, grounded and compassionate relationship with yourself. Attachment-focused therapy helps many adults overcome negative self-beliefs, reduce anxiety in relationships, and build healthier ways of relating.
