Fees
Inskipp and Proctor (1995) describe supervision as:- “ a working alliance between a supervisor
and a counsellor in which the counsellor can offer an account or recording of her work;
reflect on it; receive feedback and, where appropriate, guidance.
The object of this alliance is to enable the counsellor to gain in ethical competence,
confidence, compassion and creativity so as to give her best possible service to her client”.

Supervision
I am a fully qualified integrative supervisor of counsellors, psychotherapists and others in the helping professions. I currently supervise individuals and am also a group supervisor of both first and second year Counselling Diploma students at a local College of Further Education.
In supervision, my aim is to provide you with:
- A supportive space which encourages self-awareness
- A place to discuss and reflect on your practice
- An opportunity to recognise areas you do well and any areas which may need to be developed further
- An opportunity to talk about any issues that impinge on your practice (personal or professional)
- A confidential environment that provides an opportunity to express doubts about your work and discuss ethical dilemmas, helping to ensure that you are working within professional guidelines
My chargeable fees for supervision are:
£45 For half an hour of supervision
£75 Per sixty minute hour
£90 Per ninety minute appointment
Please note: I have a 48-hour working day cancellation policy. I will always endeavour to offer another appointment where possible to avoid cancellation charges, but with less than 48 hours notice, the full supervision fee is payable.
I review my fees annually.
