Hello, I’m Freddie — a warm, relational, Attachment-Based Humanistic / Integrative Counsellorand British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered counsellor offering attachment-based, humanistic and integrative therapy. I provide face-to-face counselling near Windsor as well as online therapy across the UK, creating flexible support that meets you where you are.

My work is grounded in attachment theory and relational psychotherapy, helping you explore patterns in relationships, deepen self-understanding, and build a stronger sense of emotional safety and connection. I aim to offer a space that feels thoughtful, compassionate, and attuned — where you can reflect, process, and grow at your own pace.

I have a particular interest in supporting adult adoptees, bringing a sensitive, informed, and reflective approach to the complexities of identity, belonging, loss, and relational experience. Alongside this, I work with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
