Natasha Woodfine – Attachment-Informed Integrative Counselling

Online

Hello, my name is Natasha. I am a fully qualified integrative therapeutic counsellor offering a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore what is happening in your life.

I recognise the courage it takes to begin searching for a therapist. If you have found your way here, you may be curious about how counselling could support you, and whether working together might help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

My Approach

My passion lies in understanding how we connect and relate to the people in our lives. As human beings, we are naturally driven to connect with others – it is fundamental to our emotional wellbeing and sense of safety. Our early attachment experiences often shape how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others throughout life.

Using an attachment-informed integrative counselling approach, I support clients in exploring patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating that may no longer serve them. Therapy can become a space for curiosity, reflection, and healing – helping you understand yourself more deeply and develop new ways of relating to others and the world around you.

Professional Background

My professional background has always centred around supporting people. Before becoming a full-time counsellor, I worked as a:

  • Trainer

  • Life coach

  • Youth worker

  • Youth inclusion support worker

  • Emotional literacy worker

These experiences provided a strong foundation for my counselling work with both adults and young people.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and adapt my work to meet each client’s individual needs. Therapy is always collaborative, and together we will find the approach that feels most helpful for you.

How Counselling Can Help

You may be considering counselling because you are experiencing:

  • Anxiety or overwhelming emotions

  • Stress or life changes

  • Low self-esteem or loss of confidence

  • Depression or feeling stuck

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Emotional distress or uncertainty

  • A crisis or significant life event

You might simply feel that something isn’t quite right but are unsure why.

Counselling can provide the space to slow down, reflect, and understand what you are experiencing. Together we can explore your beliefs about yourself and your relationships, helping you develop greater awareness, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.

What You Can Expect

I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind. My approach is warm, relational, and respectful of your pace.

Together we will work to:

  • Understand your thoughts and emotional experiences

  • Explore patterns in relationships and attachment

  • Develop new ways of coping and connecting

  • Support you to live more authentically and confidently

Talking about difficult experiences can feel daunting, but reaching out for support can be the first step towards greater wellbeing and meaningful change.
