Jane Jiggens

I work with both individuals and couples who want to create healthier, more fulfilling relationships — with others and with themselves. My areas of focus include trauma, attachment and bereavement, and I support people to understand difficult emotions, repeated relationship patterns, struggles with expressing needs, and the impact of a harsh or self-critical inner voice.

Whether I’m working with an individual or a couple, my priority is to build a trusting, supportive and collaborative relationship between us. This connection becomes the foundation for exploring what feels painful, understanding where patterns come from, and developing new ways of relating that feel clearer, calmer and more secure.

Many people finish therapy with me feeling lighter, more grounded and more confident. They often describe a clearer sense of direction, improved decision-making and a renewed ability to move forward in a way that aligns with who they truly are.
