Jo Croucher BACP Accredited Psychotherapist Counselling for Individuals

Online

Hi, I’m Jo, a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist offering online counselling for individuals across the UK. I provide a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can begin to untangle life’s complexities and the challenges you may be facing.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or stuck. Therapy offers a place to pause, reflect, and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you — because there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

Together, we will explore your experiences, relationships, and the patterns that may be shaping how you think, feel, and respond to the world around you. Our early life experiences often influence how we relate to others and ourselves. Therapy creates space to gently understand these patterns, build awareness, and begin to choose new ways of responding that support greater clarity, balance, and self-acceptance.

How I Work

I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw on a range of psychological approaches to support each client’s unique needs. My work is grounded in an attachment-informed perspective, helping us understand how early relationships and experiences influence emotional patterns, coping strategies, and relational dynamics.

In our sessions we will:

  • Explore what is happening in your life right now

  • Understand the roots of emotional or relational challenges

  • Identify unhelpful patterns that may be keeping you stuck

  • Build insight, resilience, and self-understanding

  • Work towards meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels safe for you

My aim is to help you develop greater curiosity about yourself and move towards a life with more purpose, clarity, and emotional freedom.

Supporting Growth and Empowerment

Alongside my clinical work, I am passionate about empowering other practitioners and supporting therapists in their professional development. I believe that when practitioners feel confident, supported, and connected to their own values, they are better able to thrive in their practice and in their lives.

If you are considering therapy and would like a supportive space to explore what’s going on for you, I would be very welcome to hear from you.
