Hello, I’m Sara, an experienced attachment-focused therapist and clinical supervisor near Hampton Court. I offer a humanistic, relational, and person-centred approach to therapy and supervision for adults, both online and face-to-face.

I provide a warm, confidential, and collaborative space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. My practice is based near Hampton Court, and I also work with clients and supervisees across the UK online.

As a person-centred and attachment-informed therapist, I focus on the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for change. Together, we explore how current challenges—such as anxiety, low mood, or relationship difficulties—may be shaped by earlier experiences, including childhood attachment patterns or significant life events.

This approach supports you to:

  • Understand the roots of emotional and relational difficulties
  • Recognise and shift unhelpful patterns and beliefs
  • Develop healthier, more secure ways of relating to yourself and others
  • Build emotional resilience and self-awareness

My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported to make meaningful and lasting changes.

Alongside therapy, I offer attachment-informed clinical supervision for counsellors and professionals across helping roles. I believe that meaningful, supported work is essential for wellbeing, and that supervision plays a vital role in sustaining ethical, reflective practice.

Using both attachment theory and the Seven-Eyed Model of supervision, I offer a reflective and creative space to explore:

  • Your client work and therapeutic relationships
  • Your internal responses and professional development
  • The wider systems and contexts influencing your practice

Supervision with me supports deeper self-awareness, strengthens your clinical thinking, and gently challenges how you understand both your work and yourself.
